“Is the Koran Originally a Christian Book?”
Prof. Dr. Robert M. Kerr

Prof. Dr. Robert Kerr is the director of Inârah (Institute for Early Islamic History and the Koran - www.inarah.net) at the University of the Saarland in Germany since 2017. He studied Classics and Semitic languages largely in Tübingen and Leyden, and has taught in Canada and Europe. He has published widely on Islam, and Semitic languages. Most recently he has published « Échos puniques du fantôme de Virgile dans le cimitière Mactaris » (Acta Orientalia Belgica 36, 2023) and « Die Entstehung einer Weltreligion VII — Abschied von der Heilsgeschichte » (with M. Groß, 2023).
